Jude 1:20
Friday, December 26th, 2008Last Sunday my Christmas message was centered on the spirit of Christmas. Its the most miraculous and wonderful thing that happens to mankind every year, slowly building up for months but then abruptly ending during the evening hours of December 25th! Sometimes it leaves immediately after the last gift is opened!
The admonition in the message was to let the Spirit of God drive you instead – and not just during the holiday season, but always!
Jude tells us:
But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.
