I’ve been blessed with VOTD for over a decade and thank God for using men such as George to encourage and convict folk such as myself with the Word of God. May it dwell richly in your heart and may each of us seek to honor the Lord God of Heaven and the Bishop of our souls with everything we think, say, and do.
I, too, have been receiving VOTD via email for over 10 years. I don’t always get a chance to read them each day, but sometimes that’s a good thing: I have all these wonderful verses I can just sit and read one after the other when I’m several weeks behind. Really helps on the especially stressful days. And usually, even if they are several days or weeks old, they still hit the mark just when I need it. Keep up the good work.
Just wanted to let you know how much VOTD minister to me. I’m very thankful for the time you’ve put into your list and am always encouraged by the Word for the day. I’ve often wanted to write and say how much the verse had encouraged me and never had followed through with that. I’m glad you have this forum here to give me the opportunity to let you know. God bless you and may the Lord continue to bless your ministry to others as I know he’s blessed me.
Thank you SO MUCH for sharing your verses with us! I go to my e-mail box each day anticipating a new scripture to ponder throughout the day. I often recommend VOTD to my friends and acquaintances. I believe this is a God-approved ministry; and, I often pray for you. Most of my family members are on the list, and I find that one of us or the other often brings up that day’s scripture for discussion, or to comment on just how perfectly appropriate it was for what we were dealing with at the time. God is amazing! May God continue to bless you in all your work for Him.
…most of the time I feel the pastor is looking though my window. The verses apply to my situation in my family and spiritual life. I am fill with the spirit after I read them and feel so inspired. Your verses are truly a blessing in my life!

Let us all be greatly encouraged - everything we do has an audience of at least One and is usefull for His purposes. I recon many will feel as I do -VOTD is is surely greatly pleasing to Him.
By the way George, - you should re-estimate the size of your list. I for one forward VOTD to three of my loved ones every day.

I look forward to them as I start my work day and I am disappointed if for some reason we did not receive one. The scripture always fits my situation. I can’t tell you how many times the scripture that comes up in the email is some thing I am currently studying or applies to an issue. Just another way God can speak to us.

I do find this to be a blessing, sometimes it is a timely message that just seems to fit my day.
