We were riding a bus somewhere and without being asked, he jumped up and offered his seat to an older person. I was so pleased, I started telling him, "You did it! That is what the golden rule is all about! Do unto others as you would have them do unto you!" With inexplicable 4 year old thinking he said, "I think I'd rather have a deep blue rule...'Do unto others as you would like to do unto them'" I thought...well, I guess most of us without the inner light of love would prefer a deep blue rule. Although, some one said to me when I told the story, "Sounds like it could easily turn into a black and blue rule!"
