One Response to “2 Corinthians 4:8-9”

  1. Steve Orr Says:

I once heard Oprah tell a college Commencement audience that we all need to try to “catch God on the whisper.” The idea being that when God shows up in our lives, it is often not the way we think it should be; bugles blaring, lights flashing, thunderous explosions, etc. I believe this is all the more true in those very dark times when we are “hard-pressed on every side.” Have faith in those awful times; God will show you a way out of those “mighty waters.” But, try to catch Him in that “still small voice”; or, you just may miss His appearing, and miss the guidance He has for you when you feel you need it most.
